CHARACTERISTICS: Wine has medium amber color. Hints of dried fruits, dried herbs, slight cooked, strudel like notes. Has medium body and tannins with hints of dried apricot and elegant, soft aftertaste.

Serve: Chilled at 14-18˚C with lamb chops, sushi and various cheeses.
